- •You agree to provide accurate contact information when requesting estimates.
For Service Professionals
- •You must maintain valid licensing, insurance, and a minimum 4.0 rating to remain listed.
- •You agree to respond to homeowner requests promptly and professionally.
- •Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually depending on your plan.
- •EliteHomeX reserves the right to remove listings that don't meet our verification standards.
Accuracy of Information
- •We work hard to verify every pro on the platform, but we can't guarantee the accuracy of all information at all times.
- •Pro ratings, reviews, and credentials are verified at signup and periodically re-checked.
Limitation of Liability

- •We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of any work performed.
- •We are not responsible for any disputes between homeowners and service professionals.

Termination
